I live and work in the village of Wolvercote on the edge of Oxford with my 3 children. I started working as a massage therapist around the same time as becoming a mother at the tender age of 21. These 2 paths in my life have grown side by side and have fed and inspired each other. The rewards and challenges of bringing a child into the world and being its primary carer has made me all too aware that mothers and mothers to be need support on all levels from the physical to the emotional.
From here my hand really goes out to all women; those who face menstrual health issues and those who would like to become mothers or those who are living in their menopausal years. There can be a fair amount of intensity in each of these phases and I feel that in such times some gentle support can transform the experience from perhaps something a bit daunting to a more guided and held experience. I make no promises although many women have shared with me that the treatments and support they have received have been helpful, which you would hope for after nearly 20 years experience!
